Junior Beta Pledge:

Junior Beta Information and Guidelines

       The National Beta Club promotes the ideals of academic achievement, character, service and leadership among elementary and secondary school students in grades 5-12.

       New member inductions are held in September each year.  Students considered for nomination must have a minimum of a 2.75 GPA.  Student candidates are then screened for induction based on their extracurricular activities, leadership qualities, responsible characteristics, and other character qualities.  Students who meet qualifying criteria may be inducted in 4th, 5th or 6th grade.

Meeting Dates:  TBA 

  • Check your child's calendar in their Beta folder for meeting dates.
  • Held once a month after school from 3:00-4:30

Planned Service Projects (All dates are TBA):

  • Food Drive
  • Toys for Tots
  • Cupcakes for Fireman
  • Nursing home visit
  • Stuff Easter Eggs
  • SPCA visit

State Convention 2023:

  • Held in Lafayette, LA
  • Elementary (4th/5th) February 6-7
  • Junior (6th) February 7-10

National Convention 2023:

  • Held in Louisville, Kentucky
  • Elementary (4th/5th) June 21-23
  • Junior (6th) June 23-26
