Mrs. Misty Richard

Message from Mrs. Richard:

     I am Misty Richard and this will be my 20th year as an educator in Terrebonne Parish.  I spent my first five years teaching 4th grade at Grand Caillou Middle School.  After leaving Grand Caillou, I made Lisa Park my home.  Over the past twelve years, I have taught 2nd grade for one year,  Kindergarten for five years, served as the Instructional Coach for four years, and served as Principal for four years.  I received my Bachelor of Arts in May of 2003 and my Masters of Educational Leadership in May of 2007 from Nicholls State University.  I am also a National Board Certified Teacher in Early Childhood Education.

     I am very excited about this opportunity to serve as the principal of Lisa Park Elementary.  I plan to work hard in helping Lisa Park move forward in achieving our goal of becoming an A school. I look forward to the many adventures we will have together this year as we strive for excellence in academics, behavior, and character.
